✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, box, and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required
❌ Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale items
  • Used, damaged, or washed products
  • Products without original packaging

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Customer bears return shipping cost
  • Reshipping cost will be charged if applicable

    • Bank Transfer (case to case)
  • Cash refunds are not offered
